Empowering Long-Term Success: LTVS
Beyond the technical supports, Long Term Vocational Support Services also emphasize relationship-building and confidence in the workplace. Our team works alongside both employees and employers to encourage professional growth, address challenges as they arise, and create a sustainable path forward. This may include practicing self-advocacy skills, coordinating with supervisors to ensure clear communication, and connecting individuals with community networks that strengthen their independence. The goal is not just to keep a job, but to foster a sense of belonging and long-term career development.
