Enrichment Center

On our work floor and in our full-service cafeteria, trainees participate in paid vocational training, gaining real work experience in areas such as packaging, assembly, inspection, and food services. These opportunities help individuals earn wages while building the skills and habits needed to transition into competitive employment.
Vocational Training
Extended Employment
For individuals without other funding sources, DECI offers paid training opportunities designed to build skills, strengthen work habits, and create a pathway toward competitive employment in the community.

Through testing and observation in both DECI’s work setting and the community, we assess each participant’s current skills, vocational needs, and employment goals. Evaluation length is tailored to individual needs, ensuring each person receives the right level of guidance and support.
